How to divide a parcel on the map
Valido lets you create an indicative parcel division sketch online: choose a parcel, draw division lines or branches, calculate part areas and compare the sum with the original parcel area.
1. Find the parcel
Use the place search, full EGiB identifier or click the parcel on the map.
2. Draw the sketch
Draw boundary-to-boundary lines or branches connecting to an existing division line.
3. Check areas
Each part receives an approximate area in square metres, ares, hectares and percentage of the original parcel.
Formal limitation
The tool creates an indicative division sketch and approximate areas. It is not a subdivision map, geodetic documentation or an official property division project. Formal division requires the proper procedure and a licensed surveyor.
